Kaylin said, "Elmo" this afternoon! I know it's astonighing, and it was probably just a fluke, but Colin & I both heard her say it. She was swinging in her swing while watching Sesame Street. All the children on the show were yelling Elmo's name and then Kaylin said it too! Maybe it helped that yesterday Kaylin wore an Elmo outfit, and Colin and I talked about Elmo with her all day. We called both set of Kaylin's grandparents to share the exciting news. Both of her Pop-Pops were thrilled! Both of her grandmothers doubted that she really said it, but Colin & I know she did!
