One of my favorite activities to take Kaylin to is Babies Love Books at the Abingdon Library. Kaylin loves the class, she loves interacting with all the other moms and babies, and she loves Miss Margaret the teacher! Unfortunately due to budget cuts, today's class was the last one for a while. The library will be recommencing the class on an abridged schedule in September. Until then, Kaylin and I will both really miss Babies Love Books! Usually Kaylin and I just meet our mom and baby friends at the class, but today we were lucky to have Colin attend with us!
Getting Kaylin to sit in my lap is the most challenging part! She prefers to run around greeting everyone and exploring, to sit in Miss Margaret's lap or to try to steal Miss Margaret's props.
Kaylin is always eager for her turn to "Pat! Pat! Pat!" the felt board!
