Kaylin is busy these days getting into everything. She has quickly become a speed crawler. She pulls herself up on anything she can get her little hands on and uses the furniture to walk around. She chases poor Stripes the cat everywhere hoping to love and pet him (grab his fur, pull his tail, bite him). She has learned to clap! It’s just too cute! Kaylin is always on the go! She wants to check everything out and if we're not careful she'll be halfway up the steps before we notice. She is so proud and pleased with herself when she claps and when she climbs the stairs. She says "Mama,' all the time now, especially when she is tired or upset. I think she knows it breaks my heart to hear her call for me while she's crying. I can't help but give her anything she wants when she does it.
Today we went shopping at Kohl's and The Children's Place with my mom for a new fall wardrobe for Kaylin. She's only 7 months old, but she's so tall that's she's already fitting into 12 month-sized clothes. Kaylin has a little bit a cold and was a bit irritable this morning, but once we were out shopping she was so good! After our shopping adventure we went to lunch at Panera Bread! Kaylin's Granny let her try some Broccoli Cheese Soup, which Kaylin loved!
